{"id":1362,"date":"2022-06-30T12:30:39","date_gmt":"2022-06-30T12:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.terraverde.si\/?post_type=project&#038;p=1362"},"modified":"2022-06-30T12:49:22","modified_gmt":"2022-06-30T12:49:22","slug":"call-for-the-promotion-of-large-investments-for-higher-productivity-and-competitiveness-in-the-republic-of-slovenia","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.terraverde.si\/en\/project\/call-for-the-promotion-of-large-investments-for-higher-productivity-and-competitiveness-in-the-republic-of-slovenia\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for the promotion of large investments for higher productivity and competitiveness in the Republic of Slovenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Content and purpose of the Call:<\/strong> The purpose of the Call is to encourage companies to invest in advanced technology and automation of business processes, which will contribute to decarbonization and green and digital transition of the companies.<\/p>\n<p>The subject of the Call is the co-financing of investments in tangible and intangible assets, which will contribute to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>achieving higher added value per employee,<\/li>\n<li>environmentally responsible management,<\/li>\n<li>greater energy and material efficiency and the preservation of jobs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Am I eligible for funding from the Call? <\/strong>You can apply if you meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a company registered in Slovenia. The applicant under this Call is a company registered at least 12 months before the month of application (the date of registration of the company in court is taken into account) and has completed at least one business the year before the application.<\/li>\n<li>You have no outstanding due financial obligations for EUR 50 or more to the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology or its implementing institutions: the Slovenian Enterprise Fund, the Public Agency for Entrepreneurship, Internationalization, Foreign Investments and Technology (SPIRIT), and the Slovenian Regional development fund.<\/li>\n<li>You have no outstanding financial liabilities from mandatory duties and other monetary non-tax liabilities in the Republic of Slovenia by the law governing the financial administration collected by the tax authority (for EUR 50 or more on the day of submission).<\/li>\n<li>You are not in a compulsory settlement, bankruptcy, liquidation, or winding-up proceedings, his business is not managed by a court for other reasons, he has not abandoned his business activity and was not insolvent on the day of applying,<\/li>\n<li>You do not receive and are not in the process of obtaining state aid for rescuing and restructuring companies in difficulty under the Rescue and Restructuring Aid Act for companies and cooperatives in difficulty,<\/li>\n<li>You are not in the process of recovering State aid unduly received based on a decision of the European Commission declaring the received State aid illegal and incompatible with the common market of the Community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What are the eligible costs under this Call?<\/strong> The eligible costs under this Call are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>construction costs (preparatory and earthworks, construction works, mechanical and electrical installations, external arrangement\u2026),<\/li>\n<li>costs of purchasing tangible fixed assets (land, buildings, machinery, and equipment),<\/li>\n<li>the cost of purchasing intangible fixed assets, which do not have a physical or financial form, means the transfer of technology through the purchase of patent rights, licenses, trademarks, expertise, or other intellectual property,<\/li>\n<li>costs of transport, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the case of the purchase of machinery and equipment, the costs related to the activation of machinery or equipment in the technological process are also eligible.<\/p>\n<p>Except for small and medium-sized companies, the purchased fixed assets must be new. In the application to the Call, it is necessary to clearly define whether it is a purchase of used or a purchase of new machinery and equipment. Aid for second-hand fixed assets is not allowed if they have already been co-financed with public funds.<\/p>\n<p>How much money can I get? The aid intensity depends on the size of the company and the region in which the company is based.<\/p>\n<p>An investor can apply for a grant, with an investment of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from 1,000,000 to 12,000,000 euros in manufacturing,<\/li>\n<li>from EUR 500,000 to EUR 3,000,000 in services,<\/li>\n<li>from EUR 500,000 up to 2,000,000 euros in research and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>whereby the investment in machinery and equipment must in all three cases amount to at least 50% of the value of the investment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By when do I have to apply for the Call?<\/strong> The deadline for applying to the Call is 1.10.2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Content and purpose of the Call: The purpose of the Call is to encourage companies to invest in advanced technology and automation of business processes, which will contribute to decarbonization and green and digital transition of the companies.
